The Role

At Kaizens Group, we help businesses transform their ERP landscapes through innovative tools, system integrations, and enterprise-grade services. We seek a System Engineer / IT Infrastructure Specialist to support our growing infrastructure across regions and customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure (on-prem & cloud – Azure, Office 365)
• Administer Oracle databases (RMAN backups, tuning, security, etc.)
• Set up & manage secure corporate networks (firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches)
• Support IFS system installations, configurations, and upgrades
• Monitor servers for health, patching, and availability
• Work closely with teams to support solution deployments

Required Skills & Knowledge

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on Oracle DBA skills (installations, performance tuning, backups)
• Strong networking knowledge – DNS, DHCP, firewalls, routing, VLANs
• System admin experience – Windows Server, Active Directory
• Familiar with Azure, Microsoft 365, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V)
• IFS system installation/upgrade experience is a big plus
• Good communication and documentation skills
