The Role

Kaizens Group is expanding! As a global IFS technology and product company operating across the UK, Sri Lanka, and India, we are strengthening our engineering team to support major international projects and our rapidly evolving product suite.We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Senior IFS Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in IFS development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance customisations for IFS Apps & IFS Cloud using PL/SQL, Custom LUs, Projections, Events, and IFS Technical Frameworks
• Configure and develop Aurena pages, client logic, server logic, and custom projections.
• Work on global implementations, upgrades, integrations, and performance optimisation.
• Contribute to Kaizens Group’s product portfolio (KaiBridge, KaiMig, KaiDoc, KaiTest, KaiRep).
• Participate in data migration and integration activities (REST, OData, Connect Framework).
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, and development teams across regions.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IFS development
• Strong proficiency in:PL/SQL / server-side IFS development | Custom LUs & Projections | Aurena client & server logic | Report Designer / Report Studio
• Experience in integrations and data migration
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
