We’re Hiring Intern Software Engineer (Sri Lanka)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development team with coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Assist in building and enhancing features within our product suite (KaiBridge - KaiMig, KaiDoc, KaiTest, KaiRep, KaiFlow, etc..)
• Learn and support activities related to data migration, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and functional teams across regions.
• Participate in research, prototypes, and internal engineering initiatives.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Basic understanding of programming (Java, C#, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with SQL or database concepts.
• Good analytical thinking and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, or integrations.
• Exposure to ERP concepts or business applications.
• Experience with any development frameworks or university projects.
