The Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative intern to support both HR and administrative work across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, staying organised, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-moving tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic accounting and finance record maintenance
  • Maintain virtual employee personal files
  • Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and HR documentation
  • Update HR databases, trackers, and records
  • Help with general admin duties, follow-ups, and routine office tasks
  • Support small HR projects and employee-related activities

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Proactive and creative character
  • Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of MS Office or Google Workspaces
