The Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative intern to support both HR and administrative work across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning new things, staying organised, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-moving tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic accounting and finance record maintenance
- Maintain virtual employee personal files
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Update HR databases, trackers, and records
- Help with general admin duties, follow-ups, and routine office tasks
- Support small HR projects and employee-related activities
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proactive and creative character
- Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic understanding of MS Office or Google Workspaces
